The Digital Agency Manager is responsible for managing the company’s overall digital agency operations. Ideal candidate for this role should have proven mid - senior level management experience, in a fast-paced digital business environment. Individual in this role will work closely with Amari Consulting’s executive team to strategize, plan, and develop short and long term plans to drive efficiency and growth of the company’s digital agency services department.


This position requires a person who is a self-starter, agile, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, organized and one who shows amazing attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business information technology, information systems, business administration or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years’ proven experience in a mid to senior level operations role in a digital business company or equivalent position
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce/digital business industry and processes
  • Knowledge of multiple digital agency operational functions, including but not limited to web and app design and development, graphic design, photography and videography, content marketing, Social Media Management, Digital Media Buying and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). 
  • Familiarity with industry-wide tools and processes to help drive scalability, efficiency, and improve quality
  • Ability to streamline and implement structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support shifting business needs 
  • Excellent leadership and team building abilities

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Inquisitive, willing to learn and eager to grow. 
  • Creative and imaginative mind with new ideas to the company
  • Must have a keen eye for design aesthetics and details

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition and overall commercial growth of the agency department
  • Lead day-to-day digital agency operations of the company, being instrumental in setting up of agency systems, structures and processes, managing the agency team, resource allocation, and other decisions to ensure highest level of agency team and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with all cross-functional department heads, executive team to continually improve on existing processes/systems to drive efficiency
  • Develop, execute, and track day-to-day operational processes and systems that provide visibility into goals, progress, and challenges
  • Monitor progress on key metrics for day-to-day performance of agency operations
  • Create and implement short and long term strategies to maximize output and minimize costs
  • Ensure organization policies and standards are being adhered to
  • Spearhead and implement platform development (web & app), content marketing, social media management, digital media buying and CRM services for the company and our agency clients
